so I do know the first animation on Newgrounds which is Santa dogg from 1999 and the first artwork on deviant art was Lanemeyer from 2000

The first animation on Newgrounds isn't "Santa Dogg", that would have to go to "Billy-Bo-Bob and John" by Tom Fulp himself.
